Patent air shower series

At present, the structure of the most existing air shower equipment is simple. Generally, the wind come out from the nozzles on two sides. Which cause the flow in chaos and whirlpool easily. It hasnt a good effect to get rid of the dust and bring the rising dust into the clean room easily. The newest production are adopted fan, HEPA filter, nozzles, and return wind system to compose the shower device. The fan produces a high wind speed which is filtered by the HEPA filter. And then forms a high speed clean air current that come out by sixteen nozzles on the top. The wind speed is more than 25m/s. Then wind returns from the bottom of Air Shower. It forms a circular system. Due to the vertical air current, the velocity of the air current at any spot on a section keep accordant the air current press down vertically likes a plunger to bring the dust particle which cover the body and goods quickly.

The newest air showers feature is vertical flow that the air come out from the top and then return from the bottom. The clean high speed wind that come  out from the top blow off the dust on body by the gravity. It will not produce the whirlpool to insure the remarkable effect of air shower in deep degree.

Traditional Air Shower

The traditional Air Shower cause whirlpool easily by irregular airflow. And the dust isnt easy to take out immediately. It causes the dust rise up again. When the door is opening, it is easy to bring the dust to the clean room. It makes a bad effect to the environment of clean room.
