The patent air shower series

 At present, the structure of most air shower in the market is simple. The traditional style is 

wind comed out from two sides but this way is easy to cause the flow in chaos and whirlpool.

 It does not have good performance to get rid of the dust. The newest air shower adopts the fan,

 HEPA filter, noozle and air circumfluence system. The fan brings a high speed wind which was

 filtered by the HEPA filter and comes out from sisteen noozle on the top and then return to the 

bottom of air shower. The air velocity is more than 25m/s. Because of the vertical air 

circmfluence, the velocity of current air is identical completely at any point. The current air flows 

down vertically and takes off the dust from body in good function. The effect is remarkable.

Air shower is a necessary passage for person or goods entering into the clean room
in order to minimize the amount of particulate contaminants. Personnel move through
the air shower while particulate contaminants is blew off by the clean high
velocity.

Newest air shower feature is vertical air circumfluence. The air comes out from the top and then

 returns to the bottom. It takes off the dust from the body with gravity together. It will not 

produce the whirlpool and ensure the purifying effect.

The traditional air shower cause whirlpool easily by irregalar airflow. And the dust is not esay to

 take out immediately. It cause the dust to rise up again. When the door is opening, it is easy 

to bring the dust to the clean room. It makes a bad effect to the environment of the clean room.
