distribution more reasonable. The cabinet has simple and reliable structure. We choose hard 

armor plate to produce it and it also passed multi-layer acid cleaning process. The color is white as ivory. The HEPA Unit has a good air flow 

structure and can make the whole clean area purified which ensure the purifying effect. It is a 

terminal purifying device for the class 1000-300000 s clean room and the key equipment for the purification too.
